1. What is/are your favorite yarn/s to knit with? What fibers do you absolutely *not* like?
Most natural fibers are fine with me. Mohair doesn't always agree with me, though. I like yarns that have a smooth texture-no slubby or novelties, please. :)
2. What do you use to store your needles/hooks in?
I have a Circular Solution for my circs and a DPN holder also by Circular Solutions.
3. How long have you been knitting & how did you learn? Would you consider your skill level to be beginner, intermediate or advanced?
I taught myself from a book a long time ago. I can do some advanced techniques, but usual stick to the basics
4. Do you have an Amazon or other online wish list?
No
5. What's your favorite scent?
Vanilla
6. Do you have a sweet tooth? Favorite candy?
I try to keep my sweet tooth under control, but love Jelly Bellys and dark chocolate in any form
7. What other crafts or Do-It-Yourself things do you like to do? Do you spin?
I like to scrapbook and do other paper crafts. I just bought a spinning wheel and I'm still struggling to learn how to use it
8. What kind of music do you like? Can your computer/stereo play MP3s? (if your buddy wants to make you a CD)
I like lots of music but not really into it that much
9. What's your favorite color(s)? Any colors you just can't stand?
Love red, purple, green and brown. Seriously dislike orange and turquoise
10. What is your family situation? Do you have any pets?
I'm a single mom to adult twins sons. My mom and 1 I live with 2 spoiled cats.
11. Do you wear scarves, hats, mittens or ponchos?
Lightweight scarves only. Doesn't really get cold here in Orange County.
12. What is/are your favorite item/s to knit?
Socks, hats for my sons, scarves to give as gifts. I make lot of small socks for children's charities
13. What are you knitting right now?
cardigan for Mom, socks, finishing up a crocheted afghan and planning a ripple afghan

Of course, doesn't everyone?
15. Do you prefer straight or circular needles? Bamboo, aluminum, plastic?
I normally use bamboo circulars for everything but socks. Those are done on short bamboo DPNs
16. Do you own a yarn winder and/or swift?
Yes to both

I have two shawls that are at least 3 years old
18. What is your favorite holiday?
Christmas
19. Is there anything that you collect?
Fenton art glass, Santa ornaments in any style, hummingbird knick-knacks
20. Any books, yarns, needles or patterns out there you are dying to get your hands on? What knitting magazine subscriptions do you have?
I can't think of anything right now. I don't have subscriptions to any magazines

Yes. I wear a size 8 shoe
