Today's post is going to be another short one. The weather was extremely dry and the low humidity left me feeling dehydrated and really drained. I need to put my feet up and drink a tall glass of water.
These two photos are of a cat that adopted our backyard and thinks he/she lives with us now. We don't feed the silly cat and can't figure out why it keeps coming around. We do have bird feeders that are tempting, but the birds don't come around as much as they once did. Today, I was trying to take more photos of the Bushtits and the cat kept bumping into my legs. It's hard to keep the camera still while being head-butted. I finally turned on the hose to occupy the cat and keep it out of the way. The bird photos didn't turn out anyway--that's why the shots from yesterday's post were so satisfying for me.
