It didn't really take ~that~ long-just seems that way. Every spare minute of Saturday was spent working on the hat--I really wanted to get this one completed. The last few rows were done this morning and I happy to be finished. The hat looks really nice, but will be my last of this pattern. The hat will be donated to a charity featured on Caps for a Cure. I hope to finish at least one more chemo hat before mailing.
My next project on the needles will be the Victorian Lace Socks that are the current pattern on the Six Socks Knitalong The yarn I'm using is Fleece Artist Sea Wool in a light green shade. This is my first time with this yarn and I like it so far. My gauge swatch is drying now, so maybe I can cast on later tonight.
