Not much going here this weekend. I'm on the decrease section of the Felted Tea Cosy from Knitty. The yarn is Julia, by Nashua. I'm making my cosy in green instead of the stripey one in the pattern. The yarn is nice and soft and should felt up nicely. Next on my list is the BallBand Dishcloth from Mason-Dixon Knitting. When that is finished, next will be a set of five felted mice for cat toys. I found the cutest kit from Bully Woolies Knitwear that includes everything you need but needles and stuffing.

I changed my mind about the sock pattern and am now using the toe-up sock from Simple Socks Plain and Fancy. I'm up to the heel on the first sock and will get back to them soon.

I don't think I mentioned before, but we are in the middle of a small kitchen makeover. The cabinets are being refaced, new cabinet doors, counter and cooktop installed. The house is a mess with kitchen stuff in boxes all over the place. It will be so nice to have it all finished.
