Here is the photo of Fenna after transferring to the longer needle. It's no wonder the stitches were so squished--I forgot that the original needle was only 24" long. Making the switch will really make this a lot easier. The back length of the shawl is now 14" and I've used almost all of two skeins of Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sport in the "Gold Hill" colorway.

I discovered that I can copy my posts and photos from the old blog into TypePad and edit the date so they will show up in the correct sequence. Tonight, I'll be watching the Lakers playoff game, but hope to make some progress tomorrow night.
